振石集团恒石纤维基业有限公司是一家中美合资企业，成立于2000年8月。公司位于浙江省桐乡市经济开发区，占地面积110000平方米，东距上海120公里，西离杭州60公里，拥有良好的地理优势。
恒石公司主要从事各类玻璃纤维毡和玻璃纤维布的生产及销售，目前年生产能力已达40000吨。公司全部使用从德国LIBA和KAL MAYER公司进口的先进设备。目前已安装使用36台/套设备，其中包括多轴向、二次成型±45度、0o,90o、粗纱布复合毡、单向布、单向热融布、以及玻纤PP混合毡等设备。产品主销美、德及其它30多个国家。公司销售连续4年保持100%的增长。
公司主要原材料由巨石集团提供。从美国引进的先进生产工艺，可以满足绝大多数客户的需求。公司通过了ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO18001三体系认证，主要产品已获得了英国劳氏船级社（LR）、德国劳氏船级社（GL）和挪威船级社（DNV）的认证。
目前，我司的产品在风电、游艇、管道等越来越多的行业中得到广泛运用。为此，公司计划在2010年底前拓展其生产能力至60000吨，以此来满足市场的需求。鉴于近年来公司的优异表现及在国内外市场上树立的良好形象，恒石有信心在使老客户满意的同时欢迎更多的新客户。
Zhenshi Group Hengshi Fiberglass Fabrics Co. ltd is a Sino-US joint venture founded in Aug. 2000. The company which covers 110000 square meters is located in Tongxiang Economic Development Zone of Zhejiang Province, where is only 120 kilometers away from Shanghai in the east and 60 kilometers away from Hangzhou in the west, enjoying an advantageous geographical location.
Zhenshi Group Hengshi Fiberglass Fabrics Co., Ltd is specialized in producing & marketing various fiberglass mats and fabrics with an annual capacity of 40,000 tons. The company has employed 36 sets of sophisticated machines that all imported from German manufacturers LIBA and KAL MAYER to produce multi-axial, ±45 degrees (two stages) ,0o,90o, woven roving mats, UD (hot melt), and PP combined fiberglass fabrics. Most of products are exported to America, Germany, as well as other over 30 countries. The company’s annual sales kept 100% increase year on year in last four years.
Most of raw materials used in Hengshi are supplied by Jushi Group Co., Ltd. By utilizing advanced production processes introduced from USA, Hengshi’s products can meet most customers' requirements. The company is ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001 certified and its main products have been certified by LR, GL and DNV.
At present, Hengshi products are applied in more and more areas including wind power turbine, yacht, and pipe industries. To meet the market demand, Hengshi plans to expand its annual capacity to 60,000 tons by the end of 2010.
